1.Ringlock Scaffolding 

Also known as Allround scaffolding , or layher scaffolding—this is the leading upgraded scaffolding system in today’s global market. Invented by Germany’s Layher and introduced to China from Europe in the 1980s.


2.Core structure and classification

It uses a disc as the connection node:

The standard disc has a diameter of 122mm and a thickness of 10mm. It has 8 connection holes and can connect 8 rods simultaneously. The upright rods are welded every 0.5m or 0.6m, and the cross rods are welded with plugs at both ends. The connection is completed by wedge-shaped plugs fixed through the wedges.

It is mainly divided into two types: the 60 series (Type A) upright rods have a diameter of 60mm and are used for heavy support structures such as bridges and high formwork; the 48 series (Type B) upright rods have a diameter of 48mm and are used in building construction and ordinary decoration fields.

The core components are all made of Q345B low-alloy high-strength steel. The whole structure is treated with hot-dip galvanizing for anti-corrosion. The strength is 1.5-2 times that of traditional Q235 steel pipes, and the service life can reach over 10 years.


3.Main advantages

High bearing capacity: The single upright rod of the 60 series can withstand a destructive load of up to 22 tons, which is 2-3 times that of traditional scaffolding. The overall structure is stable and the force distribution is balanced, resulting in a higher safety factor.

Efficient assembly/disassembly: No additional tools are needed. Just tighten the plugs to complete the connection. The assembly/disassembly speed is 4-8 times that of the fastener steel pipe scaffolding and more than twice that of the bowl-type scaffolding, significantly reducing the construction period.

Low overall cost: The components are standardized, without scattered and easily lost accessories, with a loss rate of less than 5%. The assembly/disassembly cost, transportation cost, and maintenance cost can be saved by approximately 30% in total.

Strong adaptability: It can be flexibly combined to form different-sized scaffolds, suitable for curved and irregular working surfaces, and widely used in various engineering scenarios.


4.Application scenarios
